Return Policy

At Cora Jewels, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality jewelry. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection before it is shipped to ensure it meets our stringent standards. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise, and you may need to return or exchange a product.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 25 days. If more than 25 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Return/Refund/Exchange reason: detailed explanation of your request.

  1. Upon receipt of your request, our dedicated customer support team will carefully evaluate your claim. If deemed eligible, we will provide you with a unique return authorization number (RAN) for the transaction.
  2. Once you have obtained your RAN, please securely package the item in its original packaging. The item MUST BE in its original condition and unworn/unused, and accompanied by any additional materials provided with the product.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item meets these requirements, we will proceed with processing the refund or exchange accordingly.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow for a processing time of up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the conditions set forth in this return policy are not met.
